  • All our clients must receive precise and timely information about their cases and payments
  • All clients’ funds must be kept in special separate accounts and refunded immediately to our clients
  • All information managed by Transcom is treated with a high level of confidentiality, stored safely in accordance with Data Protection laws and rules in force in the countries in which we operate
