Transcom Announces the Appointment of Aïssa Azzouzi as Chief Financial Officer

Transcom WorldWide S.A., the global outsourced services company, today announces the appointment of Aïssa Azzouzi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Azzouzi will assume his new role with immediate effect.

Mr. Azzouzi brings a broad range of experience to Transcom, having held CFO roles with global publicly listed organisations operating in multiple sectors, including Information Technology and Banking Services as well as strategic and financial consulting. More recently Mr. Azzouzi held a CFO role with Linedata Services, and prior to that he was the CFO of Assystem Group. Mr. Azzouzi is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA from INSEAD and has a degree from EM Lyon.
