Luxembourg, 27 January 2012 – On 20 January 2012, Investment AB Öresund (publ) transferred 101,375,590 class A voting shares (TWW SDB A) in Transcom WorldWide S.A. to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Creades AB (publ) by way of a shareholder’s contribution. Following this transaction, Investment AB Öresund owns no voting rights in Transcom WorldWide S.A., and Creades AB owns 101,375,590 voting rights in Transcom WorldWide S.A., corresponding to 16.3% of voting rights and 8.1% of capital.
