Transcom Iberia wins prestigious industry awards
The
outstanding service quality delivered
by Transcom’s operations in Spain
and Chile was recognized at
the 12th annual CRC Gold Awards ceremony, held in Madrid on 22nd November 2011.
Representatives
of Transcom Iberia’s
management team joined distinguished guests from many of the other main players
in the Spanish and Latin American outsourced services sector at the awards
ceremony. The Transcom team was delighted to be named outright winner in two of
the award categories.
The
prize for Best Customer Retention and
Loyalty Operation was presented to the Client Win-back team in Transcom Leon,
Spain.
Meanwhile,
the special prize for Quality Management
was awarded to the whole of our operations in Spain and Chile in recognition of the exceptional quality delivered
by Transcom employees on a day-to-day basis in both these countries.
The
CRC Gold Prizes were launched 12 years ago with the objective of recognizing
the highest performing companies in our sector. They have established
themselves as the most prestigious awards in the outsourced services industry
and are recognized by clients, professional and businesses alike as a reference
point for excellence, professionalism and quality.
Each
category winner is selected on the basis of a rigorous, independent and
objective study executed by the leading consultancy business IZO.
