Transcom entered the USA in 2007 with the acquisition of NuComm International, Canada’s largest privately owned customer management service provider and a significant player in the North American market. 

Today Transcom USA operates out of three contact centers with a total capacity of over 1,500 seats.  In addition Transcom USA, through it’s innovative subsidiary, Cloud 10 manages over 1110 home agents. American clients are also served from Transcom’s extensive range of near shore and offshore locations, including Canada and the Philippines.
