Transcom entered the Philippines in 2007 with the acquisition on NuComm International, Canada’s largest privately owned customer management provider. 

NuComm had established its first operation in Manila in 2004. Today Transcom operates out of three locations in the Philippines, with a total capacity of over 3,300 seats.
Transcom Philippines acts as an offshore location for Transcom’s clients from North America and Europe.
