Transcom Poland was established in 2003, providing customer management services from its site in Olsztyn. In 2007 it added credit management services to its portfolio, with the acquisition of Centrum Egzekwowania Należności Trudnych CENT.

Today Transcom Poland operates out of 3 locations in Olsztyn, Gdańsk and Wroclaw, with a total capacity of over 350 seats, and offers our complete portfolio of customer lifecycle management services.

Polish clients are also served from Transcom near shore operations in Czech Republic and Germany and from far shore operations in the Philippines.
