Transcom Italy was founded in 1999 to provide customer management services. In 2004, extended its portfolio with the introduction of credit management services. 

Today, Transcom operates out of seven sites in Italy with a capacity of over 2,500 seats and provides comprehensive customer lifecycle management services to clients in a wide range of industries including telecommunications and online services, insurance, technology and travel as well as the public sector.
Italian clients are also served from Transcom’s extensive range of near shore and offshore locations, including Tunisia and Croatia.
