Transcom Hungary was established in 2005 to support major telecommunications clients in central and Eastern Europe and to act as a multi-lingual near shore location for Transcom’s European client base.
Today Transcom operates from a 450 seat contact center in Budapest, supporting multinational clients. Transcom Hungary supports the following 21 languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Arabic, Hungarian, Turkish
Transcom Hungary acts primarily as a near shore location for Transcom’s clients in major European markets.
