Agents

We look for individuals with a professional approach and a determination to help our clients forge valuable relationships with their customers. You’ll be confident working in sales, customer service or credit management environments and used to operating across multiple communications channels. 

Our recruitment processes will test your ability to communicate, empathize, problem solve and to assume responsibility for the quality of every conversation you have with customers. 

Team Leaders

You’ll already have experience as an agent and leader within a sales, service or credit management environment. You’ll be responsible for the performance of a group of agents, making sure their work supports our clients’ commercial objectives. You’ll have a keen appreciation of client brand values and how they can be instilled in interactions with customers. You’ll set a strong example for your team by being passionate, energetic and focused on results. 

Operations Managers/Account Managers

We look for individuals with the credibility to lead significant client projects. You’ll have at least 5 to 10 years experience in account management or operations within a customer or credit management environment.  Your primary task will be to deliver the day-to-day operation for one or more clients, managing delivery teams to agreed service levels. Beyond that, you’ll be constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the contribution we make to our clients’ success.
