Pablo Sanchez-Lozano President and CEO

Pablo was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Transcom in January 2009. Prior to his appointment, he spent 17 years in numerous senior positions with Hewlett Packard, including the roles of Senior Vice President of HP’s Services Business in EMEA, and previously led HP’s Outsourcing Business globally from the company’s headquarters in Palo Alto, California.

Carolina Abraham Human Resources Director

Carolina joined Transcom in 2003 and currently serves as Human Resources Director. Prior to joining Transcom Carolina was the Catalonian Area Manager with Antal International, a multinational recruitment consultancy firm.

Aïssa Azzouzi Chief Financial Officer

Aïssa was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Transcom in January 2010. Prior to his appointment, he was the CFO of a French listed financial software and services company. Aïssa brings a broad range of experience to Transcom, having held CFO roles with global publicly listed organisations operating in multiple sectors, including Engineering Services, Information Technology and Banking Services. Aïssa spent the first 10 years of his career in auditing, management and strategy consulting firms.

Duncan Cowie Executive Vice President, North America & Asia

Duncan joined the Transcom Executive team in 2007 and was instrumental in leading the company through the discovery process, negotiations, and ultimate merger with Transcom Worldwide. As a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of experience, Duncan brings a wealth of Finance and International Business Development expertise to the company, having worked with major entities in the Contact and Credit Management, Product Evaluation, Health Care, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. Previous positions include Executive Vice President for OnSpeX, a division of CSA and Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President with Minacs Worldwide.

Torsten Edebäck General Manager, CRM North Region

Torsten joined Transcom in 1997 and currently serves as General Manager, North Region, including the Scandinavian market. Prior to Transcom he held various senior positions within the shipping, forwarding and construction industries.

Martin Kochman Chief Strategy Officer and CMS Business Unit Head

Martin joined Transcom in January 2009 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer as well as Business Unit Head of the Credit Management division. Prior to joining Transcom, Martin was the Head of BPO in Europe for the outsourcing provider Cognizant, and previously he was a Partner at Accenture with responsibility for managing the BPO business in India.

Regimantas Liepa General Manager, CRM West and Central Region

Regimantas joined Transcom in 2002 and currently serves as General Manager, West and Central Region, including the UK, Benelux, Central and Baltic regions. After initially joining Transcom as a Country Manager, Regimantas was appointed a Regional General Manager to expand Eastern European operations resulting in a number of new market developments. From 1997 to 2002, Regimantas ran his own CRM service business which was acquired by Transcom in 2002. He holds an MBA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology (USA).

José Pérez Melber General Manager, Iberia & France

José joined Transcom in 2004 and currently serves as General Manager, Iberia Region, including Iberia and LATAM. Prior to this role, he served as Tele2 Key Account Manager for Transcom. Prior to joining Transcom, he served as General Manager of Mapfre Asistencia, S.A. in Germany. José holds university degrees in Business Administration and Insurance Sciences.

Ignacio De Montis Global Accounts Director

Ignacio joined Transcom in 2007 and currently serves as Global Accounts Director, responsible for the strategic development and tactical deployment of key client solutions. Before joining Transcom, Ignacio served as Tele2 CEO Portugal, following his previous role as Customer Operations Manager for Tele2 Spain. Prior to this, Ignacio held customer care management positions at Sol Meliá, the worldwide leading hotel and resort chain.

Julio Prado General Manager, Credit Management

Julio joined Transcom in 2003 and currently serves as General Manager, Credit Management, responsible for the overall management and expansion strategy of Transcom's Credit Management Services division. Before Transcom, Julio worked at Link Financial Ltd, a leading debt purchase company in the UK. Since 1995, Julio has held several senior positions in the credit management industry, including CEO and Board member of Intrum Justitia Iberica S.A. He is a registered Spanish lawyer and LLM from the London School of Economics.

John Robson Chief Information Officer

John joined Transcom in November 2009 and currently serves as the Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Transcom, John was the Global Chief Technology Officer for Sitel, and previously was a IT Director with Verizon/MCI/NetSec and Chief Technology Officer at Liberata.

Jörg Zimmermann Operations Director

Jörg joined Transcom in 2009 as the Operations Director. He brings wide-ranging experience and knowledge of the outsourcing industry to Transcom, having served in a variety of senior management positions at HP Services including Strategy and Business Operations Director, Country Business Management Director and Finance Director since joining the company in 1995.
