Corporate Governance within Transcom is based on Luxembourg law, the Listing Agreement of the Stockholm Stock Exchange and recommendations issued by relevant organizations

In April 2006, the Luxembourg Code of Corporate Governance (“the Code”) was published. The Code came into effect as of 1 January 2007 and applies to Luxembourg companies quoted abroad. The aim of the Code is for each company to adopt a clear and transparent policy on corporate governance and ensure that this policy is well publicised.
